ABOUT THE JOB

Residential Cleaning Technician (Full-Time) | $800–$1,000/week

Paragon Cleaning is hiring full-time Residential Cleaning Technicians who want more than “just a job.” We’re built for dependable, goal-oriented people who work hard, communicate well, and want a team they actually enjoy being part of.

Pay & Earnings:

- Pay: $800–$1,000/week

- Weekly pay via direct deposit

- Tips + performance bonuses + 5-star review bonuses

- Performance-based pay (piece rate) with an hourly guarantee

- Top performers average $30/hr+

- Our technicians average $25–$28/hr based on performance and experience

No fluff, and no gimmicks. Our A-players are earning $1,000+/week while working less than 40 hours per week because they show up, work efficiently, and communicate well.

Full-Time Only

- This is a year-round, full-time position. We keep our schedule full and our technicians working consistently Monday–Friday.

- We do not offer part-time roles for this position.

What You’ll Do:

- You’ll complete professional residential cleanings using our checklists and proven systems. Most days include kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.

- You can listen to your favorite audiobook or jam to your favorite music while you work, and you’ll stay active all day (great for anyone who likes to be moving).

- We’re known for being consistent, organized, and high-standard, and we train our team to deliver that quality every time.

Requirements (Read Before Applying):

To be considered, you must have:

- Valid driver’s license

- Reliable vehicle + current car insurance

- Smartphone for daily communication + scheduling

- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 20 lbs consistently

- Must read/write/speak English fluently (no translation apps)

- Willing to complete a background check + drug test

Service Areas:

- Peninsula: Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown, Poquoson, Williamsburg, Gloucester + surrounding areas

- Southside: Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Norfolk, Portsmouth

Peninsula staff do not have to travel to Southside

Bonus opportunities available for those supporting Southside expansion
