Office Assistant - Staff Coordinator

We're currently seeking a talented Office Assistant - Staff Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in our office. In this position, you will be the friendly face of our office and the first point of contact for our valued cleaning technicians. Your role is vital in maintaining our mission of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations: Such as monitoring inventory, employee attendance and providing daily support for our VIP cleaning technicians.
- Foster a positive work environment: Planning employee appreciation events, conducting team meetings, and implementing morale-boosting initiatives.
- Develop and train our team: Organizing new hire training, overseeing ongoing development, and conducting quality inspections.
- Manage administrative tasks: Handling technician communication, updating daily trackers and more.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Driver's License
- Able to read and write fluently in English
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in various software applications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Previous role in leadership or similar positions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
